The pool terrace is accessed by French doors from the dining area or from the living area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each having access to a spacious balcony. This features a comfortable seating area with breathtaking views over Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands, making it a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or a sundowner before heading out to dinner. The villa has a good-sized pool and terrace area which has recently been extended to incorporate a decked platform with comfortable seating and stunning sea views. Also on the terrace is an al-fresco dining area plus a shaded gazebo which is the perfect spot to unwind and relax with a book and a glass of wine. A stone-built BBQ is also located on the terrace.
