The villa offers 7 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, two fully equipped kitchens, and a cosy living room with a fireplace. Guests can enjoy a stunning rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and sea view — perfect for sunsets or quiet morning coffee. Outside, the private 4x8 m swimming pool, shaded garden, and large barbecue area provide plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy time together. A ground-floor bedroom offers easier access for elderly guests or those travelling with a caregiver or nanny. From the second kitchen on the rooftop to ambient night lighting and smart TV platforms, every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Whether you're gathering for a family dinner, unwinding under the stars, or enjoying a peaceful moment by the pool, Villa Grande Kalkan welcomes you with everything you need for a truly special Mediterranean holiday.
My wife and I bought this privately owned villa in 2021 and fully renovated it. We wanted to add something meaningful to our retirement life, which we chose to continue in Kalkan, and to meet wonderful people like you from all around the world. To bring this vision to life, we relied on our professional backgrounds in architecture and tourism management. You’ll never feel alone during your stay — our own home is just 500 meters away, and we’re always happy to help whenever you need.
Kalkan is located at the western end of Antalya and is known for its turquoise sea and nearby ancient cities. Our villa is in the Kışla district of Kalkan, where you’ll enjoy sunlight from morning to evening and a stunning sunset view each day. The beach is just 200 meters from the villa — an easy 4-minute walk — and offers food and drink service throughout the day. There are also several restaurants just 100 meters away, including two of Kalkan’s most renowned spots: Mahal Hotel Restaurant and Fidanka Hotel Restaurant. The charming old town, with its traditional restaurants, cafés, bars, and lively nightlife, is only 2 km away and easily accessible by taxi.
