We are a family of 4 living in Kas for the last 10 years. We manage and own rental properties in the area, specializing in the increasingly popular darling village of "Yenikoy" just 12 minutes up the mountainside from Kas town.

Property info

Located at 'The Peninsula', a polished neighborhood of the uniquely beguiling town of Kas, proximal with coastline, stunning sea and mountain views. Air-conditioned throughout and fully furnished in a charming mediterranean style. There is a large infinity pool you can enjoy as you look upon the stunning Mediterranean. There is also outdoor dining area that you can throw a barbeque party for friends and family, next to the pool. Three large bedrooms on the second floor opens up to the view as well so you can wake up refreshed.
