We are a family of 4 living in Kas for the last 10 years. We manage and own rental properties in the area, specializing in the increasingly popular darling village of "Yenikoy" just 12 minutes up the mountainside from Kas town.

Conveniently located and only few steps from waterfront of Kas's amazing mediterranean blue sea. With its unique architectural design and 14 meters of pool, Villa OZ quietly enjoys both the sea and mountain views at the edge of Çukurbağ Peninsula. It has 3 bedroom suites all including their own substantial outside space, bathroom and extreme privacy. It's uncommon concrete pergola offers perfectly reliable and natural shade throughout the day.
