“柴柴屋民宿整潔且對寵物友善可帶寵物同來，民宿主人及其小孩都很親切和善。我們因為下班後趕過來check in但因雨無法外出逛夜市而沒吃晚餐，意外獲得民宿主人事先備好的包餃子材料,全家四人和主人家上小一和幼稚園的一起包餃子當晚餐吃，很棒的體驗。 第二天早餐也很誠意的準備，用心的餐桌擺盤，有好吃的割包，1公升的豆奶，拉提咖啡，奶茶，全家一起輕鬆地用餐聊天，讚！很棒的一次住宿行程。”

“地點離附近主要景點都算方便，如知名的火鍋點、冬山河公園與來來牛排館及羅東夜市等，而且在下高速公路附近，安靜無車流聲，主人非常的好客，也提供飲料及簡單餅乾泡麵可以隨時使用，有隻可愛的柴犬，非常乖巧，房間大，乾淨，間數不多，不擁擠，早餐豐盛好吃。”
