“空間還算寬敞乾淨，對面就有免費的停車空間，距離安平觀光區也很近。空間上也有一些設計的小巧思，讓客人可以吊掛毛巾衣物。入住時吹風機有問題，反應後房東非常迅速的幫我們換來了新的吹風機，服務良好。”

“我們住四樓，有電梯，雖然沒有對外窗，但隔音很好很棒 房間寬敞明亮，有兩段式燈光，房間內有小冰箱 水壓很強，很快就熱，溫度滿穩定的 雖然浴室沒有對外窗，但抽風機非常厲害，很快就乾 冷氣會冷，位子會吹到頭，要自己調一下風向 電視app可以看YT和Netflix 這次入住恰好遇到颱風，房東非常熱心，告訴我們可以使用微波爐和飲水機 下雨還幫我們把安全帽拿進來，是物超所值的一次體驗！”

“提前寄放行李，放一樓公用客廳，入住時自行取回。 電梯空間大，走廊挺寬。 入住附陽台房間浴室有窗，通風佳；臨馬路有車聲，但入夜後就沒太多車。 窗簾遮光性夠。 水壓夠強夠熱(先開小水量再調，不然蓮蓬頭會飛走)。 房間燈很亮，睡覺需微光者，開廁所燈留門縫或自備小夜燈。”
