“停車空間寬敞，入住完全不用擔心車位的問題。大廳環境寬敞整潔明亮。左前方還有綺麗親子夢想館，提供小朋友安全又舒適的遊戲區，以及小朋友閱讀的優質環境，非常適合親子入住體驗。右前方有休息區，無限提供研磨咖啡、小餅乾、糖果... ，提供給客人聊天使用的服務。服務人員親切禮貌，非常細心處理入住的相關事宜與解說...。 房間及浴室非常乾淨整潔，讓人不會有不適的感覺。整體環境優良，確實是一家很用心的商旅。 下回再到宜蘭，我一樣會避開擁擠的城鎮，入住這家有海港環境的優質商旅。”

“這應該是5訪了😁 每次來體驗都很好，服務人員親切有禮，房間乾淨整潔，隔音也很好。真要說美中不足之處就是希望可以恢復早餐自助bar，以及兒童遊戲室能增加充氣彈跳床。 格外一提，我們在綺麗觀光園區不小心遺漏了小朋友的手環，向櫃台反應後人員相當熱心協助找尋並且積極聯絡，雖然最後沒能找到，還是大推服務相當好👍”
