“住宿地點非常好，就在礁溪市中心裡，距離餐飲，夜市非常方便。 房間也設計的不錯，適合小朋友來玩。房間空間不算大但是住宿是足夠了。 提供的茶水還算多。 地下停車場對一般車子來說是足夠了，除非是非常大的休旅車一般都可以停進去。 到場人員服務不錯，直接可以帶領到停車位上。 熱水除了早上時候還有晚餐時間一般都還夠使用。”

“這已經不是第一次來這家了, 但是帶小朋友到礁溪還是會回來. 房間很不錯, 設備非常適合小朋友來玩. 裡面的裝飾, 溜滑梯, 都非常讓小孩喜愛. 那個閣樓的床也夠舒服. 浴池的溫泉水很不錯, 再加上足夠的空間, 可以全家一起去泡澡. 地點很好, 走路可以走到礁溪夜市, 附近吃的地方也多. 住這裡有免費停車場就解決了附近停車難的問題.”
