“1. 房東人很好，有問題都會即時回覆，有附迎賓小點心及飲料。 2. 眠豆腐寢具相當舒適，家電用的都是一線品牌，Dyson吹風機、電風扇，Panasonic冷氣及除濕機等等，且幾乎都連接siri，是個小小智能住宅，感受得出房東是真的用心經營。 3. 位於眷村小巷內，但外觀很亮眼，一眼就能看出住宿地。內部木質調裝潢非常舒適且充滿香氣，令人放鬆。 4. 有附簡單廚、餐具及電磁爐可簡單炊煮。 5. 唯一小小缺點就是廁所及廚房水龍頭水壓稍小，但不影響使用，浴室的水壓就非常的足夠。 6....”

“每個空間都有屬於自己的智能裝置，也可以利用客廳平板控制整間大大小小的家電，老闆也很熱情為我們準備小零食，客廳有準備switch給大家玩，但是要記得自備卡帶。這一次就忘記帶覺得有點可惜。但是除了玩之外也有提供Netflix跟Disney+可以看，所以一點都不無聊。 停車也十分方便走出來一點點就是停車場，一整個cp值爆炸高，下一次有再來宜蘭一定還會選擇他們🤩”
