“當天入住的時候，可能是因為網路無法連線，櫃臺人員幫我們升級房間，升級完的房間好大一間，非常感謝 入住時房間內有很多蚊子，但是跟櫃臺人員詢問有無電蚊香，櫃臺人員表示有，而且馬上幫我們送達，這個部分很加分”
