“早餐很好吃雖然有一點點冷掉了，但整體非常好! 床非常好睡只是枕頭有一點點小硬，希望可以在軟硬適中，整體服務非常好，房裡可以泡溫泉非常舒適，給這間房型大大推薦，空間感非常完美，覺得沙發前的椅子可以再增加就更棒了 很感謝這間飯店帶來的美好回憶!”

“早餐雖然選項不多，當天有一些長輩入住，蠻多品項都被吃完建議可以視情況再補上餐點~ 房間空間很大雖然房價稍高了點，但整體很舒適整潔，選用的沐浴品是Acca Kappa的很香很舒服，也有附贈小點心享用 當天較晚抵達飯店，櫃台人員很客氣也很貼心熱情接待，很讚的體驗!有幫忙預留車位(當天下著豪雨) 下著雨泡著露天溫泉真的超舒服，我跟老公都很喜歡 爸媽住另一間四人房，媽媽也很享受泡溫泉跟烤箱呢!”

“超有誠意的飯店，完完全全的超乎預期。第一個人員服務真的必須給+++++讚，不像一般飯店的制式化，很有人情味也很客氣，每一個人都是，不止櫃台.販賣部 每個人都很客氣有禮貌。再來房間也是超乎預期的讚，飯店也很大方的送餅乾.飲料.水果，每個都好吃，對了 房間裡除了冷泉.温泉 也還有三溫暖，真的很高級。再來 隔天的早餐，是我住過最有誠意的，當然不是像五星期飯店那樣豐富，但也不差，真的也比一般三星四星商旅好吃很多。對了對了 一般飯店是morning call 他們打來是提醒來吃早餐，哈哈 ...”

“接受獨行旅客，房內浴缸旁有緊急鈴按鈕，有石磚與木頭兩種浴缸，可房內泡湯，坐在石磚浴缸的台階上泡湯看電視的角度正好，浴缸與電視中間無隔板或牆壁，寢具沒有因此潮濕，抽風機很給力。離礁溪火車站路程僅數分鐘，位置在鬧區內，隔壁就是市場、摩斯漢堡與7-11，市場有賣小吃與特產，四周有知名小吃店、連鎖藥妝店、數間特產店與餐廳，去知名大眾池玩既方便又便宜。線上訂房第一天會拿到點心與飲料兌換券，可於下午1點至5點兌換，但我當天抵達時較累，躺一下就超過下午5點了；第三天再度拿到此兌換券，下午換了馬卡龍和檸檬...”
