“バスターミナル、温泉公園のすぐ近く、スーパーがあるから買い物してチェックインできる。部屋は広く快適、部屋付きの風呂も広くて良いのだが30分近くかかります。なのでチェックインしてから買い物しても間に合うかな。駅、中心街も徒歩数分だから便利。なおアクセスは圧倒的にバスが便利、台北と市政府便ありますが、特に台北への戻りは市政府便で101駅で降りるのがベスト。”

“超貼心的服務，車一門口暫停，男性服務人員立刻出來幫忙卸行李，帶領去專屬停車位；櫃檯親切的2位女性服務人員，給了我跟先生帶著1位2歲小孩超完美房間💯💯有觀音石浴缸、寬敞房間、舒適又軟又大的兩張床，跟孩子滾床滾到超開心🎊！ 頂樓Spa專區除了不同溫度，旁側烤箱旁還備有飲用水機，帶著泳衣近17點時去溫泉池完全包場，暖心男性服務人員特地上來提醒注意喝水及隔幾分鐘起身一下，2000元出頭就有溫泉、舒適寬敞的床與房間附超好吃自助早餐、餐廳隔壁還有幼兒遊戲室、近礁溪車站……這麼棒的溫泉旅館要去哪裡找？早...”

“櫃檯和接待人員態度都很好，是一間老飯店，什麼東西都很有年代感，但乾淨程度也還算可以接受，空間也算大、隔音也還行，完全沒有聽到外面的聲音。有自己的停車場，不需要擔心停車問題。床有點太軟、接受程度因人而異。早餐很豐富。”
