Legal Homestay in Tainan Old Town – Entire Building for Rent. A whole second-floor house is available for rent. Newly renovated, the two-story unit totals 12 ping (approx. 39.6 m²) and includes a balcony, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property features an electronic door lock for keyless entry and is equipped with safety and fire protection facilities. Each floor has its own bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. Includes a sofa bed, double bed, and brand-new appliances and furniture.
