“一樓有廚房、餐桌，是有電梯的，住三樓不用辛苦拖著行李上去，鑰匙也是有管制，只能搭到3樓，其他住客不能搭到電梯到你住的那一層，很安心，搭電梯上去後整層都是房間，空間很大，乾淨，老闆娘人很熱情，會推薦附近景點，伴手禮要去哪買(在地人也會買的)，只是會跟不認識的遊客住同一棟，所以晚上10:00後有小朋友的記得要放低音量，避免影響其他住客”

“房東先生跟太太人都很好很客氣！入住跟退房時都有收到房東太太送的禮物跟小點心😍 來宜蘭是陪先生工作，原本都想說住一天訂一天，自從訂到這間後跟先生討論後面幾天的住宿都訂這，中間有一天客滿，我們訂了另外一間，後面又回來繼續住兩三天，怕我們搬來搬去的直接幫我們升級房型，除了房間乾淨明亮，木頭的地板也很適合帶小孩的我們放心讓孩子在地上玩，不管什麼時候一樓隨時有冷熱水、茶包，泡奶泡茶都很方便！民宿裡面還有電梯...”
