“一開始入住前先看其他房客評論，跟同行友人還擔心入住的規則會不會有很多難以遵守，但實際入住五天四夜後，其實入住守則都是一些很基本的規定，讓每一個入住的房客都能享受乾淨整齊的休憩地。 另外，男老闆與女老闆也非常熱情好客，常常在客廳碰面到會關心，有沒有吃飯了，也會推薦我們很多個好吃好玩的地點，還會幫忙推薦交通方式，像是推薦的租車行等等，讓我下次還會期待入住。 同時，有著四隻非常可愛乖巧的貓咪，每次去客廳都會期待看見貓咪愜意的躺著，而且貓咪也很大方，大多時候都不介意我們摸他們好幾把。”

“在訂房前屋主Kay就提供了非常完整的資訊給了我們，我們這次入住的是「小福雅房」整體入住的感覺非常好！房間雖然如說明的小小的，但其實不會讓人覺得放行李後沒有空間可以走路，住了兩天感覺非常的好，適合輕裝旅行的旅人。 雖然屋主有提到老房子隔音可能不太好，但其實我們是一覺到天亮所以完全沒有感覺到隔音不好啦，浴室非常乾淨，沐浴乳跟洗髮露還有洗手乳用的是我自己也很喜歡的茶籽堂品牌，超喜歡！ ，屋內還有提供飲用水跟熱水，讓我們不用自己煮，對於很愛喝水的我們是覺得是非常貼心的服務，貓咪也好可愛，下次有來...”

“地點很好，就在赤崁樓旁邊的巷子內，是間有四隻貓咪的民宿，選擇的房間有小浴缸可以泡澡，公共區有冰箱、冷熱水和茶包，客廳有很多書可以閱讀，還可以享受貓咪陪伴！附近機能很好，好吃的店家很多，赤崁樓現在開放到晚上九點，還可以去晃晃。”
