“這次是訂給要去南臺大學面試的外甥女住的，她們表示環境新穎乾淨，但因為附近交通不算太便利，比較適合有騎車或開車的旅客，因為停車算蠻方便的。鄰近民生機能較不佳，需要走到中正路上或高應大商圈才有得吃。但對於有開車又喜歡走路的我，我認為上述都不是問題，不僅房價實惠，還覺得周圍環境很清幽。”
