Welcome to Faraja Homestay Mwanza. Choose between a private three-bedroom house or a private one-bedroom unit, each reserved exclusively for you during your stay. While the outdoor areas are shared, each accommodation offers its own private living space, ensuring comfort and privacy. Important Booking Information: Please contact us soon after making your reservation, especially for last-minute bookings. To secure your stay, a 50% deposit is required before arrival, with the remaining balance payable at check-in. Reservations without communication or the required deposit, particularly last-minute bookings, cannot be guaranteed. Payments are accepted only in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) using the payment details provided after booking. We do not accept cash payments in foreign currencies, including US dollars.

The neighborhood is generally quiet, safe, and peaceful, making it a comfortable place to relax. As with many residential areas in Tanzania, you may occasionally hear the call to prayer from a nearby mosque or church services, particularly on weekends or during special occasions. Most guests find this to be a normal part of the local community, but guests who are especially sensitive to sound may wish to keep this in mind.
