Lake Manyara Airport is 24km away. Each guest enjoys a private bedroom equipped with comfortable bedding and essential amenities including hot water to make your stay restful. Guests upon request may have access to the kitchen for light use such as food reheating, coffee and tea making, spacious dining room and a beautiful outdoor garden perfect for morning coffee, reading, or watching the sunset over the hills. Free parking is available on-site, and we can help arrange local transport or safari connections upon request. Our property compound provides a home for over 20 species of birds which some are resident nesting in trees in the compound and some are palaearctic migratory species from Southern Europe.

Ndutu is a well known "maternity ward" (calving ground) for wildebeest. It's always intriguing to watch wildebeest dropping calves! Our property is purely in a rural setting. The neighborhood comprises of local community and guests will always see local people tending their farms and livestock. Some fetching water from a nearby water distribution point (DP). Guests can be able to interact with neighbors and share insights if they wish to.
