Цей будинок був зроблений з такою метою, щоб було максимально багато зручностей для тривалого проживання та відпочинку. Тут є кухня, пральна машина, зони відпочинку. Будинок не можна бронювати менше, ніж на дві доби. Поруч з основним будинком з двома спальнями, який передбачений на поселення 4+1 осіб, є котедж Elbe для 2+1 осіб. Це міні-котедж з великою терасою та прекрасним видом на Боржавський хребет. Цей будинок зі всіма зручностями передбачений для бронювання мінімум на дві доби.
Щиро вітаємо в найгарнішій локації України!
Село Пилипець відоме найдовшим підйомником в Україні, який працює цілий рік. Саме тут знаходиться відомий водоспад Шипіт. Від Пилипця на однаковій відстані знаходяться два містечка - Воловець та Міжгір'я.
