Featuring an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room areas, this villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze! Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. NO Smoking or Pets allowed. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
