New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as owners renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other friend s rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerces to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels) We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out Community Pool and Tennis Court! Updated decor, central A/C, WIFI. Captain's Row is close to beaches and Main Street Chatham. So much room to enjoy with a nicely finished lower level, main floor laundry, and a private patio with a gas grill, dining table and lounge chairs. Owners Share Why I Love My Home: We love so many things about our home! The fact that the pool and tennis courts are a short walk away is a huge plus. We enjoy evening dinners on the patio and all the space to comfortably spread out when needed. Let Us Tell You About This Home: This home is located in a residential association with a park-like setting. It is close to beaches, restaurants, and downtown. The association includes a community pool & tennis court, steps from your door! It offers Central AC, WIFI, wood floors throughout, a garage, a finished lower level with climate control, main floor laundry, & a private patio with a gas grill. This home comfortably sleeps 6 people. Step through the front door and the living room is on the right. This open living area has wood floors, a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and French doors to the private patio. The living room flows into the dining area with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, breakfast bar and quartz countertops. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in a hall off the kitchen. Additionally, guests are invited to use the garage for bike storage during their stay. To the left of the living area is a half bath in the foyer and door to Bedroom #1. This bedroom has a California King-siz
