This is 5 separate units all with private entrance. 2 - 2bedroom units, 1 3bedroom unit, 1 4bedroom unit and 1 small studio The properties are located in the Mid City Historic District,1 block from Canal Street & the streetcar line minutes to downtown/ French Quarter/Superdome etc. Original architectural details, preserved hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen (the studio has a kitchenette w/ mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave & coffee pot) All units have washer & dryer, 12 ft ceilings w/ceiling fans Wi-Fi, smart tv's All units have a separate secured entrance, video camera surveillance.
