This sprawling 1,340-acre gated community is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf course open to the public is Little Sandy but there are many other nice courses in the area. *Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities. This means there is restricted access to the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service, and that Racquet Park only offers free play to club members and their guests.
