The townhome's two-story floor plan presents the main living space, newly renovated kitchen, dining area, private balcony, and third bedroom and bathroom on the entry level. Up the stairs, the main bedroom and bathroom are to the left and the second bedroom and bathroom are to the right. Updated throughout with new flooring, light fixtures, living room furniture, and fresh paint, 308 Sailmaker is spacious, beautifully decorated, and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has been fully refreshed, is well stocked, and is easy to cook in, with three bar stools situated at the counter for hosting. The dining table seats four, and the raised table on the outdoor balcony seats two more. Guests can enjoy the new comfortable sofas and arm chairs in the living room after a long day on the beach. WiFi and cable television are provided for those hoping to channel surf or search the web. Ideal for families or groups including 5-6 people, 308 Sailmaker has a king bed in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third (downstairs) bedroom. Flat-screen TVs are in the living room and all three enclosed bedrooms. The main bedroom's full bathroom features a tiled shower, while the second and third full bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. Conveniently, the full size washer and dryer are located upstairs in a separate laundry room, sandwiched between the main bedroom and second bedroom at the top of the stairs. All bed linens and bath towels are provided with this rental, as well as beach towels. The other beach equipment available (beach chairs, boogie boards, and/or umbrellas) is stored in the downstairs closet.
