Welcome to 318 Metropole Upper - Avalon Home This vacation home, with lots of windows, is the light and airy upper level of a triplex. It offers ocean and hill views from the front deck and the great room space, which includes the kitchen, dining table and living area. The master bedroom comes with a spacious, the second bedroom has two single beds, and there is a Murphy bed for extra sleeping! It's just two and a half blocks from the beach up a short hill. The front deck at the top of the stairs has outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ grill for preparing your favorite foods. A total of 900 SF. QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited). This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). Maximum Occupancy: 6 people / Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds | Living Room: Full Murphy Bed
