Welcome to 322 Sumner - Avalon Cottage Budget-friendly Vacation Rental This cozy beach cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1.75 bath and sleeps 6 (maximum allowed by City regulations). Bedrooms have full size (XL) beds with a full size sofa sleeper and futon in the living room. There's a 26-inch flat panel TV and DVD player, an iHome for listening to your iPod player, and a fully equipped kitchen for your enjoyment. This unit is clean, comfortable and has an inviting front porch where you can sit and watch the world go by. Free WiFi. No smoking. QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited). This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
