New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as owners renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other friend s rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerces to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Owners Share Why I Love My Home: We spent the summer of 2020 as a family at the Hideaway - the silver lining of a challenging year was certainly the memories made at our home. Our young daughter was entertained every day by having the beach, playground/baseball field, and Chatham Bakery (where Grandma spoiled her with muffins) all a very short walk away. She loved running through the sprinklers in the large back yard, and attempting to play wiffle ball with her cousins. Grandpa made daily use of the bike trail, which starts just below the house. And we were able to enjoy a few date nights - with Chatham's best restaurants in walking distance, or a glass of wine/beer by the fire pit.
