Adorable, dog friendly (additional fee) vacation rental home in Grover Beach. This home sleeps up to 6 guests with a King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in each of the other bedrooms. Short walk to Pismo State Beach's Grand Avenue entrance, just over 5 blocks. To the south you can drive on the beach, to the north no vehicles are allowed. Huge, fenced backyard has a raised deck, artificial lawn, and gas Barbecue (propane supplied). Wi-Fi and basic cable is included and guests are able to log into their own streaming subscriptions on the Smart TVs. Full size washer and dryer in the home. Plenty of parking in the long driveway. This property does not have air conditioning. This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door. City of Grover Beach Permit Number: STR0127
