507 Tarpon Pond: You will love everything about this vacation cottage nestled amongst the natural beauty of Seabrook Island with views of the 7th fairway of Ocean Winds Golf Course! A welcoming low country front porch invites you to come in, relax in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy every minute of your beach vacation. The location is perfect for taking full advantage of all the available amenities that make Seabrook so ideal. You'll be greeted by an open floor plan perfect for gathering friends and family. The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops & stainless appliances. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with table seating for 6. Adjacent to the dining area is the family room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. Comfortable seating is arranged to take advantage of the 65" Smart TV. Just beyond the family room is the 4 season sun room with spectacular golf course views. This wonderful room is air conditioned and filled with natural light. Enjoy a snack at the glass top table with seating for 4 or just relaxing in the conversation seating area. The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed, 60" smart tv, with en suite bath equipped with single vanity, walk in shower and hair dryer. On the opposite side of the cottage are the two guest bedrooms - each with a queen bed with a full hall access bath between them. This bath has a walk in shower. A stacked washer/dryer is also available for your convenience. Upstairs is the loft bedroom with 2 twin beds. Please note that this bedroom is open to the family room area below. Ring Doorbell at unit. IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc).
