New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as owners renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other friend s rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerces to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Many of our homes offer flexible stays with a 3 night minimum in the off season - ask our Reservation Specialists for more details. Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels) We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out This family-friendly home is sized for your multi-generation or multi family vacation. Dogs are invited, too! Three levels with five bedrooms and four bathrooms allow lots of space to live and relax together at Beach Glass! Near the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Breakwater Beach on the bay side as well as Long and Seymour Ponds for fresh water fun. Central A/C , free wifi, pool table for family fun and a large back yard with dining area and fire pit round out the amenities that will make your Cape Cod getaway special! Designing this house has been a labor of love; and every detail we chose also reflects our desire for your family to love our home as much as we do. When we walk into our home, we are calmed by the relaxing beach glass colors we chose thus the name of the house; and I love that there are so many spaces for our guests to spread out. Kids and teenagers LOVE the basement, complete with TV and pool table. Our 13-year-old loves to bike to Long Pond or to get ice cream, and we always feel safe allowing her to spread her wings a bit on the bike path. We love watching the sunset at close-by Paines Creek or Breakwater Beach, and then returning to the house to enjoy dinner and drinks on the deck or around the fire pit.
