New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as owners renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other friend s rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerces to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels) We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out Bed, Splash & Beyond is a modernized Cape cottage less than a mile from Skaket beach with the bike trail just around the corner. This home packs a lot into a little with bonus outdoor living space in the yard. It offers modern amenities packaged in the charm of a vacation cottage. Wifi to keep you connected, window AC units in the bedroom and den along with ceiling fan in the sunroom to keep you cool! Owners Share Why I Love My Home: When we saw this Cape Cod Tiny House, it was love at first sight! The location is ideal - close to our favorite beach, Skaket, two blocks from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a short walk (or bike) to Main Street. The yard is spacious and we never tire of identifying various birdsongs and watching the occasional turkey pass by. The console table in the sunroom has proven to be the ideal location for those times that we're working from home (although, be prepared to be distracted by the aforementioned turkeys!). And nothing beats starting (and/or ending) the day with an outdoor shower!
