When I am no running my business I enjoy surfing with my son.

Property info

Quad-Plex in great location within walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Five minutes to Vero best beach. Completely remodeled and fully equipped. New kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint and inner coil memory foam mattress. Laundry room is located between the units and has 2 washers and one dryer. This is entire unit with screened porch. Security cameras, high speed internet, Roku TV with Netflix and Hulu live.

Neighborhood info

The street consist of residential homes, multifamily and small office building. It is a 10 min walk to downtown and grocery stores. A 5 min drive to the beach.
