Both bedrooms and two baths are on the second floor, which is accessed by an open staircase. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed with trundle. The main floor has a twin bed tucked under the staircase, as well as a half bath. Beautiful tropical wall decor, linoleum floors in in the kitchen and baths, and carpeting throughout the remainder of the condo. A total of 1233 SF. ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas stricly prohibited). This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
