This magnificent 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath property is perfect for large groups or those looking to getaway, and relax in mountain country! Picture yourself sipping on a cup of coffee with panoramic big mountain views in every direction and gorgeous lake in the background. Got toys? Bring them! The property is ideal for snowmobile and ATV excursions. Fire up the new propane grill and rest on the deck while gazing across the valley. Wildlife abounds from this location. Elk, Moose, and an occasional Bear or two frequently pass through the area. Local restaurants, breweries, and friendly people make this one of the best recreation areas in the world.

Enjoy the convenience and proximity to the Alpine Airpark from this property! Although this property doesn't have hangar, you can still rent a tie down, and literally walk back to the property (about 150 yards from the tiedown area). Bring your sleds, drift boats, and toys to enjoy the trails, rivers, lakes, and mountains surrounding this oasis. You won't find a better location in Alpine. You are literally in the backyard of the Alpine Airpark with Palisades Reservoir views over the other shoulder; Jackson Hole is only 37 miles up the serene Snake River Canyon where you will find yourself living the mountain life many only dream about. You are less than 2.5 miles to the Greys River trailhead. No trailering needed as the city of Alpine allows Sleds and ATVs on its roads. This home is 1 mile (3 minute drive) from the public Alpine Boat Landing located on the south side of Highway 26 on the east side of the bridge crossing the South Fork Snake River.
