Our Island Hideaway is Your Home away from home. We are less than a two minute walk to our private beach access. We have a pool, spa, 3 social fire pit ares, private beach access, WiFi, several charcoal bar b q grills and lots of sunshine!! We boast 7 individual units, 3 of which are one bedrooms and 4 are two bedrooms. Great for family reunions, weddings, girls get away, birthdays and anniversaries. We have done our best to make sure you have everything you need while you are here. If you find something you need let us know and we will accommodate you if we can. We do live on site year round......but we also travel to see our grand-kids several times a year and spend a few weeks in Marathon FL at our newest vacation property. If we are gone our manager on duty, Christiana lives just next door and is here to assist with anything you might need. Thanks for choosing us for your vacation. We can't wait to meet you!!
I have been an independant property insurance adjuster for the last 29 years. I first came to Fort Myers Beach in 1997 for hurricane Floyd. I knew then that I had found my new home and was going to move her as soon as I got the chance. Well...a few years later...2004 Hurricane Charley hit, I was deployed here immediately bought this property, brought it back to living condition and the #1 Island Hideaway was born. I have been blessed to be able to live in paradise ever since. It's such a beautiful place, hope you come and enjoy Island Hideaway and see for your self. I have since folded away all my ladders and hung up my roof climbing boots once and for all!!! However, I jumped quickly into the Real Estate Market. I have purchased several multifamily properties and turned them into vacation rentals and I am extremely knowledgeable about our market. Many of our guest come here to search for their dream vacation home or investment property. I would be honored to assist you in your search too.
Our Island Hideaway is the perfect location. Very quiet residential neighborhood. There are a couple of great restaurants withing walking distance of us. Less than a minute walk to the Trolley Stop which will take you anywhere you want to go on the island for 50 cents per person. The beach is less than two minute walk, just take a towel, sunglasses and a nice cold drink and spend the day drifting in and out of sleep under your favorite coconut tree.
