Inside, you'll find several inviting gathering spaces, including a bright sunroom with ocean views and comfortable living areas throughout the home. Beautiful decorative stone fireplaces add distinctive architectural character and historic charm. A well-equipped full kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole group, while the generous layout provides plenty of space to relax and reconnect. Outside, the expansive grassy backyard meets the shoreline, where a slate patio at the water’s edge offers a perfect place to enjoy the coastal scenery.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
