Featuring lovely views and a convenient location within walking distance to the slopes, you and your traveling companions will be primed for a relaxing and fun-filled break from the daily grind. This rental is near the base area and the lifts at Purgatory Resort and is 27 miles from downtown Durango. The condo puts you close to restaurants and all the year-round activities the resort offers. Inside, this third-floor condo is comfy and welcoming. The living area is a great place to relax and unwind with its classic leather sofa. Catch up on your cable shows on the flatscreen, or put on a DVD and watch a movie. Use the free WiFi to let friends and family know you made it to your destination safely. In the summer, hang out on the balcony, enjoy the view, and soak up some sun. The standard appliances (including a dishwasher) and ample counter and storage space in the kitchen will make meal prep and cleanup easy. Cook up all your favorites or try something new, then dine together at the table. When it's warm out, fire up the gas grill and have a scrumptious barbecue dinner. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps up to five guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. The complex also has a shared laundry facility so you can pack light. Hit slopes and ski or snowboard to your heart's content. Or take the more sedate route and do some cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Then head to one of Purgatory's quality dining establishments for apres dinner and drinks. Summer is also a great time to visit Purgatory and enjoy plenty of fun outdoor activities. Take part in the Muck and Mire Adventure Race and make your way through a muddy obstacle course. Come sample beers from around the world at the Great American Lager Festival.
