Property info

Newly remodeled, fully stocked manufactured home on 5 acres in the Montana Mountains just outside of Kalispell! You’ll enjoy private use of the entire house during your getaway. Enjoy your coffee while sitting on the private deck in the fresh mountain air while watching the whitetail deer and wild turkeys right there on the property. This property offers scenic beauty and closeness to a variety of activities all year long. From hiking and boating in the summer to snowshoeing and skiing in the winter.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is a quiet area of acreage properties. There are only five other houses spread out on the dirt road that leads to the house. The neighbors are friendly and like to keep to themselves for the most part.

The fine print

Guests must inform the host of any pets. If they do not do so they will receive a $300 penalty plus $25/per/night fee.

If the guest count is over 6, and there has not been prior approval for the extra guests, then these extra guests are considered unapproved guests. This will result in a $280 penalty plus $50/unapproved guest per night that the unapproved guest stays at the house."

By entering the premises, the guest agrees to have damages, missing items, and excessing cleaning resulting from their stay to be charged to the credit card linked to the reservation."
