Our condo was renovated in early 2022, including a complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms! It is colorfully decorated with a whimsical pirate & mermaid theme...see if you can find the hidden treasure! Every room is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare your favorite meals while you're away from home. While all the condos at Aransas Princess have an Oceanview, ours is particularly nice. Located on the second floor, we are high enough to get a great view of the pool, dunes, and ocean, but low enough to NOT see the cars, tents, and people on the beach! It's fabulous, especially during high season when the beach is packed.

I love providing a comfortable, fun space for family and friends to gather and make memories they'll treasure forever. I enjoy communicating with guests and hearing about their experience. I also love promoting our great little beach town, Port Aransas! There's so much to offer guests in addition to the beach - restaurants, bars, boutiques, art galleries, fishing, surfing, parasailing, and more! So, what are you waiting for??? One of the best things about Costa Crinks is our beachfront location! Aransas Princess has its own private boardwalk that takes you right to the beach. We are also located within the golf cart zone of Port Aransas, so reserve your golf cart before your stay and have fun exploring the town. There's a variety of awesome restaurants, bars, shops, and more within 3 miles. Be sure to leave a comment in our guestbook about your favorite places!
