Start your day by stoking your wood-burning fireplace. Once it's happily crackling, step outside onto your deck (you've got two to choose from) with your morning coffee and contemplate the day's activities. The group's chef can take advantage of the full kitchen to whip up breakfast, using some of the included spices and cooking oil perhaps, and the whole group can confer about the day at the adjacent dining area. After a day spent outside hiking, skiing, or just exploring, return to your cozy nest, get the fireplace going again and grab a board game. Or, turn on the flatscreen with your favorite streaming show, and settle in for a soothing night. Popular outdoor attractions include Lake Gregory Regional Park, Snow Valley Mountain Resort, and Snow Summit Ski Resort. THINGS TO KNOW The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. Please use your discretion - 4WD is not required but may be advisable in winter. Please use caution - the balcony, decks, and stairs may be icy due to weather conditions.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
