Beautiful desert mountain property very private no neighbors whatsoever but the main ranch house. 100 feet away. there is an 8000 BTU air conditioner, but it will not compete what is 100° temperatures. it’s a tent and partly insulated. has indoor kitchen, out side the Tipi are too small bathrooms, deck, hammock, , this is a remote location, but five minutes to downtown Lake Isabella, grocery -stores all that. BBQ ,Solar operated sauna-works only when the sun is shining on it and it's over 70° outside. Remember you are surrounded by dirt on a mountain (Glamping) dirt and dust will get into the Tipi, this is not a concrete building you are in nature and practically camping. when staying here .Important rules here for- no camp fires, children must be observed at all times for this is a very steep landscape. One small heater raises the temperature 20°.at most. We have limited electricity, do not plug-in everything at once ,electric cooking devices should be used one at a time. turn the AC off if using the sauna, or the circuit breaker might turn off and you'll lose power for the rest of your stay, sorry about that. this is an outdoor adventure for you. 1000 feet in elevation over Lake Isabella. 3 CATS live here when your not here they use the homes. So NO dogs. No off-road vehicles on the dirt road. No fire arms or pellet guns. No drug use ,no heavy drinking, no campfires, or propane fire pits. Further reminder about nature ,mice want to come in, keep the door closed. ants want to invade your food, keep your food areas clean.

6 acres of very steep terrain very little outdoor space to to explore. Tipi area is a fun place to hang out. Dirt roads nearby takes you very high up on mount Paiute. Across the lake through Kernville are the trails to the sequoia forests one hour plus drive.
