Austin Landing is an upbeat cottage in the woods - perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. Ready for rest, relaxation, quiet and reconnecting with nature? This is the answer. With two fully remodeled bathrooms, brand new hot tub and updates throughout the home, you'll love watching the birds in the trees and the starry skies. TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY: Any reservation for future dates, reserved now through June 1st, will allow penalty-free cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. Know Before You Book: Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy is 6 people. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please drive slowly and help us maintain good neighbor relations. Parking: There is parking for 2 cars parked in the driveway and 1 car on the street. Street parking is scarce and the garage is not available for parking. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.
