C50 - Bahia Vista Condo Enjoy the comfortable furnishings in this cozy, one bedroom condo. Upon entering the front door, you will walk down seven steps to the combined dining and living areas. Walk around the corner to the light and bright kitchen with granite counter tops. The bedroom has a Cal king bed, along with the full bath. The second bed is a full-size sofa sleeper. Access the balcony from the living room, where you have a pool view. A total of 797 sq. feet. C50 QUIET HOURS 9:00pm - 8:00am ( use of outdoor area strictly prohibited) Maximum Occupancy: 4 people / Bedroom 1: Cal King bed | Living Room: Full Sofa Sleeper This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** Occupants of Bahia Vista Condos subject to Owners Association Rules & Regulations. ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
