The spacious bedroom has a Cal king bed, along with the full master bathroom. The living room offers a full-size sofa sleeper and an electric fireplace. Enjoy the only condo in Bahia Vista that has Air Conditioning! Access the large balcony from the living room, where you can enjoy a beautiful garden view and BBQ. Don't worry about buying water, the property has a kangen water filter instaled. Bahia Vista offer a Swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Bring your own pool and beach towels. Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules and Regulations. Unit C53 QUIET HOURS 9:00pm - 8:00am ( use of outdoor area strictly prohibited) Maximum Occupancy: 4 people / Bedroom 1: King bed | Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
