This one-of-a-kind vacation property offers the safety and security of being located on a 20 acre private lot inside of Alamosa’s #1 campground, with 24-7 support from the Base Camp Family Campground staff! We are just a short drive to the Great Sand Dunes National Park (you can see the dunes from the house!), and about 7 miles from Alamosa, which has over 60 restaurants, Walmart, Safeway, etc.
