Hi! We are Jered & Carly and Josh & Kass. We are two families who built a Jacksonville-based hospitality company focused on providing quality accommodations with thoughtful design. But we don’t run everything ourselves - we have a team behind us 100% focused on you having a perfect stay. We have lived in and traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing, or co-hosting yours.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a tranquil patio. 5 blocks from the ocean and central in Jacksonville Beach. Renovated and curated by a local designer. Easy and free parking and a private backyard space perfect for a grilled dinner outside. This space has queen beds, a pack-and-play, and a TV in each bedroom, perfect for a family stay. A comfortable living space and equipped kitchen make it perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories. Kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many more. Dining room has seating for 4 plus we will be adding an outdoor table and chairs. Living room has smart Roku TV. There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the paver patio that has privacy custom fencing. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sound machines. Both bedrooms have TVs. The bathroom is upstairs along with the washer and dryer.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 7 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. WholeFoods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
