We have two apartments with 2BR-1.5BA and two apartments with 1BR-1BA. *PLEASE CHECK BEDROOM DETAILS BEFORE BOOKING ONE OF THEM.* Unit 120 (ground level, building 1) consists of 2 beds/2 baths and is on the 1st level. Unit 122 (second level, building 1) consists of 2 bed/1.5 bath and is on the 2nd level. Unit 124 (second level, building 2) consists of 1 bed/1 bath and is on the 2nd level. Unit 126 (ground level, building 2) consists of 1 bed/1 bath and is on the 1st level. All bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. Living rooms have smart TVs. **guest use their subscriptions to log in to streaming apps Four fully stocked kitchens. High speed Xfinity wifi. Washers and dryers in all 4 units.

Neighborhood info

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
