Come relax in this renovated, simple and stylish studio apartment across the street from the ocean. Perfect for solo or couple travelers. We provide everything you need so you can travel light. You are a 60 second walk away from the ocean. Right in between Jax Beach and Neptune Beach Town Center restaurants and entertainment! This unit is below the kitchen area of the above apartment. If foot noise is an issue for you, please let us help you find another perfect space. This is a studio unit in the back of a 2 bed/2 bath townhome. It is located on the ground level with the townhome above the unit. Note: there is no view of the ocean from this unit. Pets are not allowed

Neighborhood info

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is a block from the beach. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife. We wanted to inform you in advance about ongoing construction work in the vicinity of our Airbnb property during your upcoming stay. This will happen between February and September. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, there might be some noise associated with the construction. Jacksonville Beach only allows construction work from 8 am-5 pm, from Monday to Friday.
