Welcome to your perfect coastal retreat in the highly desirable Windmill Village. This beautifully located 2 bedroom, 2-bath home sits directly on the Intracoastal canal and is a short walk across the street to a private beach access and pool. Enjoy peaceful mornings dock side, relax by the community pool, or spend your days on the private ocean beach just steps away.
I live in Upstate New York. I’m an X-ray Technologist at a Level 1 trauma center. I’m a non-smoker. I am a marathon runner and attend CrossFit classes regularly. I am married and have 3 children.
The home is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, and some stores.
