The living space also has an opening to the kitchen to enjoy the views while you cook or even utilize the laundry that is in the kitchen. The prinicipal bedroom sits oceanside and opens to the balcony through sliding glass doors. The bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom The Key West Beach Club is a quiet, peaceful residential building that sits directly on the water. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter the unit. The large oceanfront balcony can be accessed from both the living/dining area and main bedroom. It also features central heat/air, cable TV, washer/dryer, a well- equipped kitchen, security entry and elevator access. There is one reserved parking space in the garage. There is elevator access to the condos above. Resort amenities include 2 ocean side pools (one heated), tennis court, outside cooking facilities, workout room and sauna. Non-smoking unit. Sleeps 4. Please note; the Key West Beach Club Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival.
